We're in a tough time! We already had hard jobs with lots of stresses, but there are so many more things to worry about right now, and it's exhausting! We will look at commons stress reactions, what protective factors you might have or could build, and lots of ways to take care of yourself and cultivate resilience. Come share in support and find ways to be sturdier, healthier, and more grounded!
